DESCRIPTION:Tresor announces a grandiose 2 month long festival celebrating their 31 year history from July 8th – August 27\, 2022. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTresor 31: Techno\, Berlin und die große Freiheit will encompass over 150 artists across 20 diverse club nights in Tresor\, Globus and OHM\, 8 concerts in Kraftwerk and as well as an exhibition reflecting on the past three decades of musical evolution\, social change and development of not only Berlin but the international music scene to provide a reflection on the triumphs and challenges of Tresor’s past\, present and glimpses of the future. \n\n\n\n\nTICKETS\n\n\n\n\nAn immersive exhibition in Kraftwerk will examine Tresor’s winding journey from its pre-history to the unusual economic and social conditions of West Berlin to its transition into the cosmopolitan capital city of today by exploring the personal narratives that underpinned techno culture since its beginnings as an artistic and social movement. In partnership with interactive audio system usomo\, participants will be narrated in headphones as they walk around the exhibition for a truly unique experience. \n\n\n\nLive performances include exclusive shows like Blackhaine’s Berlin debut and the reunion of Donato Dozzy & Neel’s Voices From the Lake\, as well as Tresor-affiliated artists like Detroit in Effect and Surgeon.. The new era of Tresor will also be represented through live shows from Giant Swan and Aho Ssan & KMRU who will present a new collaborative performance titled ‘Limen’. DJ and live sets will be featured from over 150 artists including Antenes\, RP Boo\, Simo Cell\, Tresor label affiliates Helena Hauff\, Jensen Interceptor\, Yazzus\, and Moritz von Oswald & more. SUMMARY:Metabolic Rift: an (un)guided exhibition & concert series.
DESCRIPTION:Berlin Atonal announces a new endeavour in lieu of their annual festival: Metabolic Rift. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe unique exhibition is presented as a series of site-specific works from internationally recognised sound and visual artists. Small groups will be guided through previously unused spaces in the power plant to experience the curated succession of assemblages. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nFeaturing installations and works from:Adameyko Lab\, Aho Ssan & KMRU\, Ana Alenso\, Arash Nassiri\, Armand Hammer\, Cezary Poniatowski\, Cyprien Gaillard\, Daniel Lie\, Diane Severin Nguyen\, Giulia Cenci\, Jamal Moss\, James Richards\, Jeremy Toussaint-Baptiste\, Leslie Thornton\, Liliane Lijn\, Lillian F. Schwartz\, Lyra Pramuk\, Matthew Angelo Harrison\, MFO\, Nina Canell\, Pan Daijing\, Rigobert Nimi\, Rose Lowder\, Sung Tieu\, Tino Sehgal\, Viktor Timofeev\, Vladislav Delay\, Wang Bing \n\n\n\nAlongside the exhibition they host a seated concert series\, in line with Atonal’s sonic realm.Concerts will be held on : 26.09\, 30.09\, 07.10\, 14.10\, 21.10\, 30.10program tba. \n\n\n\nWorks span a wide range from kinetic sculpture by Jamal Moss (Hieroglyphic Being) working with Cyprien Gaillard\, to an in-situ work from Amnesia Scanner’s Ville Haimala together with Sung Tieu\, sound installations from Pan Daijing\, futuristic city-scapes designed by Congolese sculptor Rigobert Nimi\, a collection of drawings from visionary artist Liliane Lijn\, sculptural pieces from Giula Cenci\, new works from Tino Sehgal\, and much more. Other notable pieces come from Aho Ssan & KMRU\, Lyra Pramuk\, and Vladislav Delay.. and many more. \n\n\n\nThe full tour experience will be about 2 hours spanning over 20 commissioned works\, visitors can book their specific day / time slots until sold out. \n\n\n\n\nTICKETS
