DJ Nasty, Digitek, 313 Bass Mechanics – these were his aliases in the ’90s when he was part of a movement from Detroit that established ghettotech as a DJ-style as well as an electronic music genre. In 2015 he re-entered the game as Detroit’s Filthiest and in 2017 he collaborated with Sinistarr on ‘Yo Speakerz’ (DICA004), which was supported by DJ Shadow and Doc Scott alike. His ‘Honor Among Thieves EP’ in 2018 (DICA008) unearthed another hit with ‘Funky Sperm’ (900K plays).

This autumn he returns to the Defrostatica label with four no-frills up-tempo tracks that fuse electro, ghettotech and jungle as only Detroit’s Filthiest can.
