Liam Mour presents his new two-track EP, ‘Above’.

Fresh off the release of his first Original Motion Picture Soundtrack, fast-rising Berlin-based composer Liam Mour just released the second single ‘Holding Hands’ of his forthcoming third EP ‘Above’. The full EP will be out April 1st, 2022 via Ode To Youth, and to celebrate the EP release Liam Mour will play an ex- tensive solo concert at Funkhaus‘ famous Saal 1 on April 29th. After some rather club focused releases lately the artist takes the chance to reminisce and further establishes his delicate analogue electronic sound with this track. It‘s first carried by an minimalistic ensemble of guitar and xylophone in or- der to steadily build into a striking brass composition towards the end. A recipe that the artist has mastered like no other and which he has proved in many other of his tracks.
„Especially in pandemic times like these when most peo- ple have stopped shaking hands and instead keep a di- stance, my track Holding Hands reminds me about how important physical contact and affection is even for the most basic human interaction“, says Liam Mour.
By limiting his studio gear to mostly analog synthesi- zers, analog effects and organic instruments, Liam Mour continues to explore the depth of his cineastic sonic tra- jectory and has established himself with both dusky and cineastic compositions and a defined taste of electro- nic‘s music history.
To celebrate the EP release Liam Mour will play an ex- tensive solo concert at Funkhaus‘ famous Saal 1, due to covid the live show being postponed to April 29th.
