The Costa Rican Collective TMPL has announced its next event ‘DURO VOL.6‘, this time with the participation of the renowned vinyl DJ, producer and label owner, Héctor Oaks, who arrives for the first time in Costa Rica and Central America, surely to delight any connoisseur of this radiant and unique presentation. The date of the enigmatic cultural event is scheduled for Friday, November 3, in San Jose, Costa Rica. (Venue TBA)
Hector Oaks has established himself as one of Europe’s most wanted underground weapons, his style stands out for playing the unexpected and the highly engaging. As DJ, producer and label head his take on techno resonates by combining the contemporary with hand-picked tracks from the history of rave culture.
His extraordinary empathy and intuition for the sounds that make a crowd vibrate have been honed through constant practice and dedication to music. He has become one of the pillars of the international techno scene, touring around the world and taking part in some of the best-known festivals such as Awakenings, Dekmantel, Monegros, Sonar, Time Warp and Tomorrowland, also he has blasted all the renowned techno club around the world.
In addition to the legendary presentation of Hector Oaks, the event also has a proper line up presenting outstanding local artists, some of them part of the TMPL collective, such as: Byron Alvarado, DOMM, Lucretia Dose, Partícula de Dios and Jo. All points in place and ready to deliver a truly hard night, with unique, enjoyable and, above all, energetic music and emotions.

TMPL is a Techno collective and record label that was born in 2021 in the heart of San José, Costa Rica. Since its beginnings it has explored the emerging trend of the hardest, fastest and rawest genres of Techno with the aim of creating a subculture that shares the passion for subgenres that were previously considered marginal in the country.
Its events are characterized by uniting plastic art and music; It is about creating an immersive experience where the public can free themselves and connect with the space around them.
