Review: DEAS, with his new EP entitled ‘HUTA’, makes it very clear that his sound is powerful, modern, dynamic and above all dark. His most recent release features 4 incredible tracks, each filled with a high level of production and mixing that is noticeable in every bar that sighs techno at its best. From strong gothic chords, intense grooves, and hypnotic notes to straight techno with acid riffs, this EP brings out nothing but expertly crafted dance floor weapons. Tremendous release!

Tracks description:
Central Square’ has a driving and dark edge with energy-fuelled stabbing synths and complete with gothic chords.
Second up is ‘Roses Avenue‘ that focuses on rising tension and intense groove with a hypnotic core.
Next is title track ‘HUTA‘ that is powerful and punchy using an acid riff and to spin you out and cast you under its spell.
Closing with ‘Structure‘ a more considered and esoteric take of techno with a dystopian melody at the break alongside rolling rhythms and subtle vocal chants.
