Back in august we were talking about some interesting Forward-looking industrial techno music, specially because it was the release of Rhys Fulber’s latest studio album on Sonic Groove ‘Ostalgia’. We reviewed the spectacular album and we agreed that this is the kind of music that keep pushing new boundaries in industrial techno. Now the journey continues, and Adam X’s Sonic Groove has unveiled a new release entitled \’Baut Mit!\’ which is a remixes EP from Rhys Fulber’s latest studio album ‘Ostalgia’. This forthcoming digital EP includes new versions and a powerful batch of remixes from heavy weights of industrial techno like Tommy Four Seven, Headless Horseman, Traversable Wormhole and Phase Fatale. This specially selected artists take on the task of remixing and reinterpreting their favorite tracks from this already stunning masterpiece full length.
My favorite pick of this remixes series is the one settled up on the track \’Fission\’ made by Traversable Wormhole. It is a complete mind blowing intense and strong version of the track, low acid sounds and a complete darkness atmosphere, just as Adam X\’s Traversable Wormhole sound.
Honestly all the tracks has their own good thing, and all represent the unique version of the remixer that re create the track. You just need to choose your favorite, this is a very nice release, you must get it. Read below for full details.
