Berlin Atonal announces a new endeavour in lieu of their annual festival: Metabolic Rift.

Look out for Berlin Atonal new endeavour in lieu of their annual festival: Metabolic Rift, an (un)guided exhibition-tour through the entire Kraftwerk building from September 25 – October 30th, 2021.

This unique exhibition is presented as a series of site-specific works from internationally recognised sound and visual artists. Small groups will be guided through previously unused spaces in the power plant to experience the curated succession of assemblages.

Works span a wide range from kinetic sculpture by Jamal Moss (Hieroglyphic Being) working with Cyprien Gaillard, to an in-situ work from Amnesia Scanner’s Ville Haimala together with Sung Tieu, sound installations from Pan Daijing, futuristic city-scapes designed by Congolese sculptor Rigobert Nimi, a collection of drawings from visionary artist Liliane Lijn, sculptural pieces from Giula Cenci, new works from Tino Sehgal, and much more. Other notable pieces come from Aho Ssan & KMRU, Lyra Pramuk, and Vladislav Delay.. and many more.

Schwartz, Lyra Pramuk, Matthew Angelo Harrison, MFO, Nina Canell, Pan Daijing, Rigobert Nimi, Rose Lowder, Sung Tieu, Tino Sehgal, Viktor Timofeev, Vladislav Delay, Wang Bing.

The full tour experience will be about 2 hours spanning over 20 commissioned works, visitors can book their specific day / time slots until sold out.
