BSR is a new record label founded by Bipolar State, it focuses mainly with a techno sound but always looking for new experimental sounds. The first release in the label is by label head Bipolar State, that delivers pure hypnotic techno in his new 4-track EP titled ‘Background noise’ due out October 4 in a vinyl limited edition of 300 copies and in October 18 in digital formats.
